This morning I have discovered that my house attached brown box has fallen apart with the wires hanging out. I have tucked everything back in as best I could but I don't think this can be a long term solution. Please could we arrange to have someone out to fix it back proper?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
