External brown box damaged

Hi

I’m not a VM customer however there is an external brown box on the property.  Unfortunately this has been damaged and the cover is missing.  As this is on a wall next to the pavement the loose wires could be a trip hazard.  Please would it be possible for this to be repaired?

Hi @thomasheh thanks for your post here in the Community although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

Can you please firstly provide a photo of the box so we can assess if this is our responsibility and if so, we'll be more than happy to assist.

Is it also possible if you can confirm if this is in your property boundaries or on public pathways for example? I do believe it is in your own property boundaries based on your description but just making sure.
