External box

Hi can anyone help me 

My external box lid has been broken since I moved In 

 

how can I get it replaced or fix - wires every where - VM did not fix it when they came out to install the line

Post up a photo of it - VM Staff will then be able to asses and despatch the right team!

I'm sorry to hear your external box isn't as it should be. I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to take a look at this for you.
