External box broken

The external cable box on my house is broken, so the cover does not stay on and the cables are exposed to the elements. I’m imagining this is not a good thing - how would I go about getting this repaired? Im assuming it’s VM’s property and responsibility

I'm sorry to hear and see that the omnibox has come off the wall, and has exposed your cabling. Whilst the cabling would remain intact and is built for outdoor conditions, it is always best to get it repaired, to prevent issues in the future.
