We had external engineers attend our property yesterday and arrived home to our wall and garage covered in muck, and the new box they installed had a cable going into a new hole they dug next to an existing cable guard and left uncovered.
We can clean the muck, but it’s the cable and hole in the ground I’m concerned about. What can we do to make sure the hole is covered? Will it cause any issues if water goes down this hole?
