External Wiring Box Broken

Hi, can someone advise how i go about getting this box replaced at all? Any decent amount of wind and the front of the box flies off.

bit plywood and build a box around it, wait forever for VM to do owt, or try large cable ties fastened to wall or cut the back out of a junction box with hinged lid and slots where needed (top and bottom) for the cables
