External Brown junction box

Hi

Would someone be able to give me some advice as to how I can get the external brown junction box fixed/changed. 

We are waiting to have house rendered, but contractor will not start until this issue is sorted, as they cannot be held responsible if there is any consequence of moving the box.

I have tried calling 150 but dont seem to get through to someone that can help
