External Brown Box Damaged

Hi,

the brown box covering the external cabling has been damaged by the storm.

Can this be replaced? 
I tried calling 0345 454 1111 to report but the system would only test for system faults with no way to report the hardware problem.

I’ve attached a photo of the damage.

Yes it needs sorting. Can you effect a temp repair with the old cover, plastic bag, gaffer tape etc - just to keep the weather out

Then call in again but at 08.00 and you should get through to someone quickly who can help. Try options 1,1,4,4 - thinking of leaving - that should help circumvent the automated claptrap.

A VM person should get to this thread but it can take over a week for that so I will flag for VM to come here and take a look
