I hope you are all well.

Our external brown box has recently blown away in the wind, leaving the installation wires exposed.

Would someone from the forum team be able to arrange a replacement to be installed?

I did try do DM someone from the forum team but got an automated message telling me off for sending an "Unsolicited Private Message".

A VM person will respond on here in a day or two and sort it for you. In the meantime...to expedite the process, post up a photo of the damaged box
