Exterior wall box replacement please

Hello, we have a broken external wall box, so the connections are open to the elements and it looks ugly (especially as we have just had our house redecorated and everything else is neat and tidy!).

I have seen messages like this elsewhere in this community but haven't found out another way of reporting it, so would be glad to hear back from you (Virgin) to arrange to get this fixed.....

...or let me know if there's a web form to fill in somewhere.

Hey thanks Client62! I have filled in the form via that link, and will keep fingers crossed. I was convinced a fault reporting method must be findable somewhere on the web site, but......could I find it??! Doesn't look as if they want too many reports! Cheers all the same, Nick

No, I have not been provided with a timeframe, in fact I have had no further communication, advice or information as yet.
