When Virgin media was installed there years ago an old exterior wall box was used. The cover never fitted properly and would fall oak occasionally over the years. Now it has fallen off and blown away. This has left the cabling exposed to the elements. Any way this can be fixed?
You can try speaking to someone in retentions on 150 or 0345 454 1111 - "Thinking of leaving" menu option just after 8am and you normally get through to someone who can help you out. Unless you are having a problem with your service however, it could still be a while before it's fixed.
