Exterior cables

Hello.

 

My exterior box is missing the cover and hanging off the wall, wires exposed to the rain.  How do I get someone to sort it out?

Quickest way is to call it in on 150 (VM Phone - free) or 0345 454 1111 (any other phone - national rate).

A VM person should respond but it can take a few days to get here
