The engineer installed a splitter which is fine but I need a longer cable going from the wall to the splitter. This cable has a female fitting at each end and the cable is only approx a 5mm diameter. Any ideas where I can get it from?

You can only use VM supplied cables, you should have asked the technician for a longer one.

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
