Extend external Broadband cable

Hi, we're having insulation done on house and the Virgin cable (from outside to the white box inside) needs to have the wire extended slightly (about 30cm), due to the increased wall thickness now. How do I ask Virgin to come to do this? I know that there is a fee, but my virgin cable is fitted from outside to inside on 3rd floor attic of the house and need to tell them these details (as they will need ladder).

Help really appreciated, as the people doing the insulation have stopped work due to this and can't continue.

Call in as usual (08.00 is the best time) and request an equipment relocation. They will book you a Tech visit and it will cost £25
