I had an engineer install our new Virgin Media Internet and he has left the wiring exposed outside resting on my neighbours fence he said he would ring me back to let me know when somebody would be able to bury the wire under the drive but I have not had any calls

I'm really sorry to hear that the technician left your property with exposed wires, I can see that a technician visit has been booked to get this resolved. Have you been notified of the date for this appointment?
