Exposed Wires On Street - Brown Box Cover Missing

How do I contact someone to report missing brown covers on the virgin cable. Wires are all exposed, wires running up the walls are loose. I am concerned that people are walking by my pull them cause trip hazard and some of the wires are at children height.

The brown boxes are right next to the pavement but I have tried calling, but can not navigate the call menu. 

Can someone please get in touch with me so I can provide details

Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.
