I ordered an upgrade online last Tuesday, with a delivery date of today from Yodel to do a self-install.
Was expecting a message from Yodel this morning but have heard nothing. My online account says nothing about outstanding orders.
Tried phoning but that failed as I have no idea what my password is so couldn’t get to speak to a human.
What do I do next?
