All my Ethernet ports on my Hub 3 are not working. All cables fine and still the lights flashing but no connection.
Tried to ring Virgin but could not fix the problem. They have refered me to the engineers but this can take up to 7 days due to the current Covid setup. I really need it sorted as soon as.
Tried rebooting the Hub, but not working. HELP!

Known issue with the Hub 3. Try a 60 second pinhole reset which may fix it. If not, you will need a replacement Hub.
