Error code s102

Seen loads on this issue received my v6 box all connected but needs activation but guess what 2 hours on hold still nothing easy selling products but service after shocking

Hi Manc77,

A lot of VM equipment is now being activated automatically around 30 minutes after being switched on.

Have you tried rebooting your equipment? If the channels are still greyed out then you need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.

You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number.

 

If the activation line isn't picking up then it looks like you will need to speak to  New accounts and Set Up for them to complete the setup and activation.

That would be options 1,1,1 and 4 if dialling 150 from a Virgin landline , or options 1,1,2 and 4  if dialling 0345 4541111 from any other phone

Rebooted over 20 times box has been connected since 10.30 this morning same fault code every time. I gave up after over 2 hours on hold
