Error code (s102)

Hi 

I’ve plugged up new TiVo box , it gets stuck at 33%then says error code s102 

I believe I I need the box to receive an update from customer service 

there is no customer service answering due to obv reasons despite saying "open". Voice message takes you to a dead end to get a link to online help....

How can I get the service up and running...

It's doing that because the box hasn't been activated yet. You need to call 0800 953 9500 and follow the options to get Virgin to send the activation signal to the box.
