New TiVo box delivered last weekend to replace broken old v box. Tried setting up many times only to get error S102 can’t upload channels.
Have now spent over 2 hours holding on virgin help line on 3 occasions without anyone answering my call! No other help available to fix the issue on line and completely fed up with VM service.
Any suggestions on other ways to fix this or get through to anyone at VM, if in fact anyone exists at all!
