Error code 7400

An engineer came out 10 days ago to sort out my WiFi .

He was very helpful and asked if I would like my tv box setting up he did this and a code 7400 came onto the screen. He said it would go off in 30 mins .

10 days later and it still hasn’t gone off and we can only watch 3 channels when I’m paying a lot this month anyway as it’s my 1st month so I have 2 months to pay plus a £25 fee .

so my bill somhould be £27.99 per month and it’s £87 this month !!

I'm sorry to say that it looks like there was a problem when the engineer activated your box,

You need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500. 

You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number
