I told them that each tie THEY phoned me. Once 5 mins of tamil on my answer phone. My contract it up in November and I am bombarded with calls from people wanting to make sure that I am "getting the most from my package" they advise me that the calls are recorded for training purposes. So I start: well that's excellent news. I will tell you what I have told all the other 8 calls I have had. My second virgin box has stopped working for the 4th time I have emailed several times I have phoned several times and waiting a total of 1h 40 m on the phone and nothing and no one wants to answer. I have given several appalling feed back messages about what I think. and still nothing. The website is next to useless and goes round in a complete circle when you try to contact them. I pay £90+ quid a month. I have been in my room for months as I am sick with cancer and no bugger answers the phone. They are a complete nightmare. I have saved the 5 mins of what i believe to be a conversation between phone operatives somewhere on the Indian subcontinent and I am going to get it translated .
