Error S102

Currently trying to get to final install of my new Tivo6

Getting close to the end of the process, which is then stopping at 33% loaded.

Am losing the will to live holding on for a call centre reply and have now been cut off after 40 mins on hold.

could a virgin tech please ping my box and allow set up to complete?
