Error Code S102

I installed a new V6 box yesterday and it keeps coming up with error s102 and whilst it's loading the channels stops at 33%.

Hi naomitimperley,

I'm sorry you are having issues.

It's doing that because the box hasn't been activated yet.

You need to call 0800 953 9500 to activate the box.

You will need the box serial number, and your account number and area code.

You could try the text messaging service but that can take up to 3 days to receive any sort of reply/help, especially with it being a weekend.

Just send  a text with a description of box activation  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible.
