Hi, my box has been stuck on error code 7400 since I got it a week ago. I’ve tried every solution I can find, can’t get through on the phone...any suggestions?
i was meant to get this box on the 22nd August, but because they couldn’t find my address I only got it last week so I’m worried that’s caused some issues!
The usual activation method is call the Activation line on 0800 953 9500
You need your box serial number, account number and area number.
If that fails then you need to speak to New accounts and Set Up for them to complete the setup and activation.
That would be options 1,1,1 and 4 if dialling 150 from a Virgin landline , or options 1,1,2 and 4 if dialling 0345 4541111 from any other phone
