I have two issues, having returned to Virgin - I suspect because there is some conflict between my new and previous accounts.
Firstly, I am getting error 7400 on the TV, and not the range of channels subscribed to.
Secondly, I am unable to create a My Virgin Media account - It says one already exists for my email when I try to. But, if I try to request a password reminder it says no account registered to that email. Using a different email gets a little further, before failing with a "sorry we are unable to set up your account" message.
