Equipment return after downgrade

Hi 

I downgraded my package from M100 with TV to just broadbrand M500 with the intention of using streaming services for TV, gaming etc via wifi.

I have been asked to return the original equipment installed (there are 2 hubs (not sure of exact name), but do I not need any of it to connect to the internet?

You keep the Hub that is connected and in use now. What they want back will be the TV boxes (Tivo/V6/360) - and any other unused Hubs you may have.
