Engineer

I signed up with yourself a while ago for broadband i have been told there would be an engineer out today they came last week to fit the outside wire and i confirmed there are no covid symptoms or cases in my house home.

 

can someone please tell me why no one has turned up and when i phone the phone gets put down to me i just want answers!!
