Engineer?

Only online guides that done help. I don’t seem to be able to get in touch with a human being and my quick start kit isn’t working. I need an engineer. I’ve been through all the steps of everything. How in the hell do I get one?

call cs and report a fault or try the text service

I followed the wires from the box round and it looks like they’ve been cut. So need actual installation
