Engineer

We received our hub yesterday but have had no news on when the engineer will be out, how do I find this out. And yes I paid the installation fee on sign up. Thanks in advance.

thats odd - the tech usually brings the hub with him/her - if you hub was delivered thats usually for self install - has VM been in the property before - is there a wall box if so connect it and ring the activation line

if there is no previous installation wait here for VM to get to the thread
