Expecting an engineer visit yesterday, they didn’t turn up. Also tried to tell Virgin 3 times that my address has changed but it’s still showing my old address. Have checked and the engineer did not turn up at my old address. How can I clarify when they’re going to come?
A VM person should be able to help on here - but you could call in - UK call centre is still picking up. If there is a "known problem" all tech visits get auto-cancelled - and they often dont tell you !
Worth a look - As well as trying the “check service,” Area status webpage", there is also a Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level (that may not be listed on the Area Status web page which usually covers 1000’s of customers) - that may give you more info, but even that wont cover problems affecting just a few customers.
