Engineer visit

I joined virgin 1/12 month ago, i was given an installation date which they turned up and said that we have to put a cable from the box to the property. At this stage my current providers transferred the line to virgin media, so i have no landline and broadband at the property.

thay gave me another installation date and said that the external work will be done before the installation date, the external work engineers came and marked the area where the cable will enter the property and said it will take 2 week for this to complete. Waited 2 weeks and was given a new installation date. The date came and no one turned up.

called the care team they said we will put you on hold for 5 min and get back to you waited 30 minutes, she answered and then cut me off.

i have come to a point that i just want to swear at virgin media.

Sounds like there's a problem getting the cable to your properly, but as it's outside contractors, good look getting a concrete date out of them!
