I accidentally entered "no engineer needed" when ordering my Virgin router and I'm in need of Virgin cables to be directed to my flat.
However, Cirgin make it very difficult to request an engineer and I can't find any option to online.
Any help? At this point I'm just paying for broadband and not actually getting to use it

You do not pay for broadband until your hub is connected and initialised.
Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
