Engineer installation outdoor splitter question

HornetUK
Up to speed

Hi

I had a VM engineer move my cable from one room to another for V6 box.  He didn't say a word when finished except, bye.  So when I looked outside I found this new outdoor splitter, which connects the old room that had a TV box and the new room.  Is this exposed to the weather splitter ok?  Thanks

No, should bi in an omnibus.

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't and F people out of 10 who do not understand hexadecimal c1a2a285948293859940d9a49385a2

Thanks for confirming, so I need to call them and attempt to get them to understand what is wrong and avoid another £25 charge!   Bit odd he'd leave it like that if it is so obviously wrong!

Hi HornetUK,

Thank you for posting on our forums, sorry to see that the line is exposed.

You won't be charged for any corrections as it is not your fault.

Please watch out for the purple envelope, as I will be contacting you to look into this in more depth.

Thank you.
