We had an engineer come out at 1pm today (now 19.45). Stated that he had completed the job but it would take until about ‘tea time’ to activate. If it wasn’t working by 6pm to turn off the hub and reboot and this will fix any issues.
tried all this and gone through connect app but to no avail.
hub 3.0 - Wi-Fi light solid green, internet light intermittently flashing green, power light solid green.
occasionally, this changes to internet flashing red and power light solid white
or even….
power light flashing green.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
