I have been waiting for an engineer all day - supposed to come between 8am -1pm to replace some wiring outside as a previous engineer identified this as a problem, so i rang the switchboard at about 1.30pm and the operative guaranteed me 100% (his words) that the engineers would come today. it was clearly his way of getting rid of me, a typical customer services trick. He told me he wasn't able to contact the engineers as they were outside operatives. I have been without broadband for 17 days. I don't want to be passified - I just want the issue to sorted out.
