As I’ve seen catalogued on this website multiple times now from over the last year, I’ve had an engineer no show.
This was after a postponement already.
There has been no means of contacting them, no messages or information about the installation, nothing from Virgin Media themselves, nor have I had any contact with the Help team after being on the phone for over an hour.
I understand COVID exists, but I need the internet for my work, and I’ve already had to push off responsibilities. This could have a serious impact on my job.
This is a last ditch effort to have my issue noticed.
