Engineer did not turn up

When signed new contract in December, was told engineer would be at my house on Jan 4th between 1-6pm to install. No engineer turned up.

Have the new TiVo box delivered.

How do I get the negineer visit to set me up.

Phoning is impossible, never answered and get cut off after an hour or more.

Sound like they have sent you a quickstart package for you to set up yourself

Guess so but not what I asked for.

Arranged for an engineer install.

Not very mobile or good with tech so needed the engineer visit.

With the current lockdown and workmen not allowed to enter a home for non essential jobs it might be worth giving it a go, you might suprise yourself

Any chance anyone from Virgin can message me so we can arrange an engineer?

It is impossible to get through on phone and no other method of trying to get any reponse has worked.

Your best bet to get through would be to ring at 8am in the morning
