Engineer coming thursday

New customer :

so enginner booked for thursday will he bring the instlallat kit with him to set me up because I don't have it so I am assuming as new customer he brings it with him

Hi @Jackie_r25 

Yes,the engineer will bring all the equipment for your package.

Have a chat to them regarding where you want the broadband placing as a central location may be better so the wifi signal is stronger around the house.
