Engineer booked, no confirmation

Hi, I have booked an engineer to install the kit by phone at around 5:15pm. The date booked in 6/7/21, but I have not received any confirmation email/sms, it is also not shown in the online account. Can someone confirm whether the appointment is booker? Thanks 🙂
