I have an engineer booked for this Monday 25th January between 1-5 and i need them to bring a power cable with them for the hub 4.0 we have.
Is there anyone on this forum who works for VM on here who could get that message to them? Or is that something they will have in the van anyway? I didn’t want to take it for granted they would have one and then have to wait even longer for our loss in service!
I have tried to call and pass that message on but they aren’t exactly the most helpful customer service staff i have ever dealt with ...
Hi the engineer should have all the relevant equipment in his van, unfortunately you won't get that message through on here as its not an immediate link to Virgin staff, they take 4 or 5 days to deal with posts in rotation. Regards Micky
