Booked an engineer appointment for 12-4pm on Tuesday but has given me a slot for 1-6pm and then the appointment hasn't shown up on my profile in the app or website so I can't change it IF the appointment has even gone through,  so stuck in the middle here not really knowing what is going to happen , any ideas?

I'm sorry that we are only just getting to your post the day after the appointment was booked in for. 

I can see that you have been able to change your appointment to a new date. Please let us know how the appointment goes, if you get the chance.
