So I moved into my new home, was previously supplied by virgin in the last few years. Received my hub4 quickstart package last night and set everything up but have just had the flashing white light for the past 14 or so hours. Spent almost an hour on the phone to Cs and 2nd line support, they tried to send activation signals but advised the signals were bouncing back and that there may be an issue on my end. They then said they would arrange an appointment for an engineer for next day / tomorrow Thursday between 1pm -6pm but have nothing showing in my appointments on my account? Or any confirmation text or email of the booking
