Engineer appointment

Hello,  yesterday engineer came to my flat, but didn't fixed anything. Checked connection, said need to replace box and left. 

Will he going be back?  Or we need to arrange new appointment?

Said white box, but i believe another because problem in cable which goes outside of my flat

No. 

 I tried to call them but after waiting 2h they closed. Then tried over websites test arrange engineer - received errors everytime when tried. Next time when called them got option to call me back when they available, but didn't received call from them few days already.

Today is 4 weeks how received router but don't have internet yet.

Yesterday finally i got internet working. It took a bit more than a month. No cable repull was needed, technician who came before been lazy to sort out which unpluged cable was ours.

Now i'm having problems with internet speed where maximum download speed spotted 300mbps instead of 500mbps but this is another story...

Glad to hear that the internet is working for you now and I do apologise for the previous issues. 

 

It is disappointing that you're not getting the right speeds however. 

Can I ask how you're testing this, wired or WiFi and what device?
