I had a VM Sales Rep come out on Monday 28th Jan 2023 who signed me up to a VM Package. He assured me that I would be able to use a Quick Start as his records showed there was already a Virgin connection to the house. The box arrived with all the items for the quick start but there is nothing anywhere in the house that resembles the white box the splitter cable goes into when following the Set Up guide. Called the VM Sales Rep and explained this, he told me he would send me a number to call to arrange an engineer, never heard back from him again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
