I had an appointment booked today for between 8-1 for a broadband and the engineer still has not shown up. Is there any way I can check the status as we cant track him using the app because we don’t have an account yet.
Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that the technician appointment did not go ahead! I understand that this can be quite frustrating.
Have you received a Welcome email containing all your new account details? If so, you should be able to register for your new online account.
We would advise that you contact our Pre-Install team on 08000521734 to see if they're able to see why your appointment did not go ahead and if there's a reason for your install delay.
