Just rejoined Virgin and trying to sign into main Web page.
It seems to accept my login details but takes me to a page that states it has sent an email to my address that contains a verification link I need to press.
I can't access virgin account to retrieve my email so how can I confirm verification?
Going round and round so called the virgin tech team (Indian call centre) and the guy had no idea what my problem is.
Sent over 40 minutes on the phone and he stated he would "flag the issue and someone would call me back"
Still waiting and still can't access my Web account to do anything.
Can someone please explain how I can access the email to verify its me.
BTW, I've tried access via Gmail account but no luck there as the virgin emain is not fully registered until verification happens.

Are you using the same email as you used for your old account, if you are please try to use an alternative email, also remember it will be a different account number .
