Early deactivation

Cancelled our virgin when it went up to £110 from £60 on thursday, to be told we have 30 days to shop round and look at Wi-fi deals etc, virgin deactivated us on Monday evening, two adults working from home with two children home schooling and no normal phone signal at home to use 4G, we were told Monday night that it will take 72 hours which takes us till 4pm tomorrow, I honestly have a feeling it’s going to go on longer then that, I’m so disheartened with all of this, nobody seems bothered about it at virgin and I’ve had to take a days leave today unpaid as I can’t work, feel so so let down
