Dropped kerb permission to adjust manhole

I need to contact VM about adjusting a manhole, there are other threads bout this, but no contact details forth coming?

there must be an easier way to contact VM about this other than writing a new thread?

It's good that you've seen the other threads, as you'll be aware of the potential problems.  Unfortunately there is no useful contact for this apart from waiting for a staff member to pick this up. 

yes, literally the only thing that comes up on a search is these threads!

So I recieved a message saying I shouldn't private message VM staff directly, but how the hell am I supposed to speak to someone about getting the help that I need?? considering none of them have bothered to contact me via this thread I've made??
